ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. warrants the hull bottom construction against separation or delamination for a period of 60 months (Five Years), provided the overall integrity of the hull and the craft floor has not been damaged by neglect, user damage, or improper rigging. ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. does not warrant gel coat imperfections, standard stress cracks, optional accessories provided by the dealer or any other aftermarket supply or their installation, rub rail, logos, decals, or bow eyes. Manufacturer Limited Warranty

ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. warrants to the original owner that the boat hull manufactured by ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. is, at the time of purchase, free from hull structure defects in workmanship and will remain free from such defects under normal recreational use after delivery to the original retail purchaser as provided here, within the limitations of this warranty. Boat hulls are warranted for a period of 60 months (Five Years). The foregoing Warranty does not apply to: (1) damage resulting from: (a) Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, vandalism, fire, riot, war, or Acts of God; (b) Structural or other modifications by user without prior written authorization from manufacturer; (c) Fiberglass repair by unauthorized person(s); (d) Load capacity violations; i.e., over power in excess of the stated capacity notifications on hull; (e) Violating the trailer recommendation or vehicle towing; (f) Commercial use of the hull whether for profit or not-for-profit that includes but not limited to racing; (2) Gelcoat, finish, stress cracks, optional accessories or their installation, rub rail, bow or stern eyes, lettering and decals, including but not limited to adhesion, fading or loss of color hereof.

The remedy available under this Limited Warranty is non-cumulative and is limited to repair and maximum total hull replacement. ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. reserves the right to replace the hull in question with a comparable hull if same model is no longer available or is limited in production. The boat hull in questions should be returned to a location approved by ALL Craft Marine L.L.C., with transportation charges prepaid, and which ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. examination discloses to its satisfaction to be defective.

ALL Craft Marine L.L.C.’s liability under this warranty does not extend to loss of time, suffering, inconvenience, loss of use of boat, loss of profit, injury to property or persons, or any other special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to new owner. Please check with you local State agency.

Any provisions of this Limited Warranty which are prohibited or not enforceable in any jurisdiction shall be, as to such jurisdiction, ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or nonenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions thereof, any such prohibition or nonenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render nonenforceable any such provisions in any other jurisdiction.

In the event settlement cannot be reached, any and all litigation shall occur in Hillsboro Co. Florida Tampa district court. Attorney fees may be collected by ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. The provisions hereof constitute the exclusive and complete warranty by ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. on boat hull manufactured by it, and is in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities of ALL Craft Marine L.L.C., whether expressed or implied.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be submitted in writing to an authorized ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. Independent Dealer within the warranty period as stated herein and approved by ALL Craft Marine L.L.C. prior to allowance thereof. Procedure for Validation of Warranty

To validate the warranty, the warranty registration card and dated copy of the bill of sale must be mailed within thirty (30) days of purchase to:
